On August 16-17 the largest gathering of Filipinos in the East Coast in the United States of America was held. This is the Philippine Fiesta 2008. Samar Real Estates Co. wasted no time and arranged for participation in this event. Ms. Ligaya Uy, CEO and President of Samar Real Estates Co. immediately partnered with a seasoned real estate broker in the USA and decided to capture the moment to participate this event. Not only did she grasped the opportunity of promoting the beautiful beaches of Northern Samar, she also wanted to promote the province as the next big tourist destination in the Philippines.

Her partner in the USA arrived Northern Samar in mid July 2008. Ms. Uy immediately toured the guest to different properties in Biri, Bobon, Mondragon, Laoang, Palapag, Gamay, Catubig, Las Navas, Pambujan, Mapanas, Rawis, Rosario, San Roque, Lavezares, San Jose, Allen, Capul, San Antonio, and San Vicente to collect photos on those gorgeous beaches and islands. Faced with time constrain, the real estate partner rushed back to the USA to edit and finalize the materials in time to submit the application for a booth at the Philippine Fiesta Trade Show 2008.

Samar Real Estates Co. made it to the Trade Show. This was just the beginning. This company will be attending more Filipino major shows and gathering such as the New York Independence Day Parade, Filipino-Asian Day parade in Bergenfield, New Jersey, the Fil-Am Friendship Day in Jersey City, the Filipino Parade in Passaic, New Jersey, and the Fil-Asian Trade Show in Jersey City, New Jersey. We will soon be attending the gathering of Filipinos in the West Coast of USA.
